Now in its 20th year, the Market Fair features the best artisans, craftspeople, and sutlers together with an 18th century encampment. Sponsored by the Friends of Fort Frederick State Park. There is an admission fee, contact the park at 301-842-2155 for details.

Come and join us for a program focused around recycling. Use everyday household items and create neat crafts to take home. Learn about what it means to recycle and reuse! - 4/26: Ramp Cookoff - Deep Creek Lake State Park
Enter as a cook or come by to taste all of the ways to prepare ramps! Judging will take place at 11a.m. and tasting by the public will begin by 11:30a.m. Also learn other clever uses for ramps with local paper and fiber artist Annie Simcoe. Annie will demonstrate the making of paper using ramps! This event is FREE! Call 301-387-7067 for details.
