Estimated width of body of water: 1/4 mile

Estimated average depth of water in area: 3 feet

Shoreline Characteristics: Wooded large lots, private homes with narrow buffers, briny water (soft and fresh.) Small fish and crabs feed at shoreline but water is murky from slow flushing and years of poultry plant emissions and recent development of waterfront lots.

Land Activities nearby (industry, farming, urban, etc): Perdue Poultry Plant 1 mile upstream; Large private waterfront lots on septic systems; golf course across water from site.
