COMPASS also processes MD Saltwater Angler Registrations. Each eligible saltwater angler must create a COMPASS account and select the free saltwater angler registry from the product catalog to register and receive your free license. The customer information and identity requirements for the saltwater angler registry are the same as every other license issued by DNR.
