DNR Celebrates Women’s History Month
Dr. Grace S. Bush of Johns Hopkins University to speak
ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) announced today that its Office of Fair Practices will sponsor a panel discussion among five DNR women on Tuesday, March 30, at noon to celebrate women’s history month. The public and media are cordially invited to attend this event.Dr. Grace S. Brush, professor of geography and environmental engineering at Johns Hopkins University, will be the featured speaker. The DNR panelists will be Deborah Cream, Human Resources personnel analyst; Elena Takaki, Watershed Services manager; Flaxie Brice, Fisheries administrative officer; Robin Melton, State Forests and Parks manager; and Natividad Libao, Finance and Administration accountant.
