Trouble Getting DNR News Press Releases?
ANNAPOLIS — If you’re having trouble accessing DNR press releases because of e-mail spam filters, here’s what you can do:
  1. Ask your IT department to add domains (mail.prality.com and prnews2.com) instead of individual e-mail addresses to your safe list. DNR uses a web-based application to identify and reach media outlets, and each time an item is sent, a new e-mail address is created.
  2. Subscribe to Google News alerts: Each time a press release gets posted on our web site, it is updated through Google News. You can set up a news alert to notify you as things happen, or once a day.
  3. Check the DNR Pressroom at www.dnr.maryland.gov/pressroom for postings of press releases, media advisories, calendar listings and public notices.
  4. Call us and we’ll figure something out.
