Cost-Share Assistance Available for Phragmites Control
Private landowners in select Eastern Shore counties can now apply for cost-sharing and technical assistance to eradicate phragmites, an invasive wetland plant that spreads rapidly in tidal and nontidal wetlands. Interested landowners must contact Donald Webster at 410-221-8838 by Aug. 12.
