Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) Charge Ohio Man with Drunk Boating
NRP arrested Michael Stephen Morris, 24, of Medina, Ohio on Deep Creek Lake on Wednesday, July 20 for operating a vessel while under the influence of alcohol. Morris was operating a personal watercraft (PWC) and was also charged with negligent operation and operating a PWC without boating safety certification. He was held at the Garrett County Detention Center on $1,500 cash bond.
