NRP Recover Body of Missing Angler in Chester River

At 11:35 a.m. today NRP recovered the body of a missing Centreville fisherman. Phillip Lee Allen, 51, of Centreville was last seen this morning fishing on a 19-foot power vessel on the Chester River near Queenstown. His body was found in Tilghman Creek near Break Point and is being taken to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Baltimore for autopsy. The incident remains under investigation.
