NRP Charge Glen Burnie Man with Stealing Crabs
NRP charged Robert Allen Grafton, 23, of Glen Burnie, Monday, Aug. 1, for allegedly stealing crabs from six commercial crab pots on the Chesapeake Bay near Downs Park. Grafton was issued a citation for theft under $100.
