Clean Marina Awards Given Today

DNR Secretary C. Ronald Franks presented Clean Marina certifications to 21 marinas at an annual recognition ceremony today at Sandy Point State Park Marina. The Maryland Clean Marina Initiative assists marina, boatyards and yacht club operators to protect Maryland’s natural resources. To become a certified Clean Marina, marinas have to fulfill criteria determined by the program. For more information, click here. The marinas certified today:
