NRP Charge Oakland Man with Drunk Boating
Maryland Natural Resources Police charged an Oakland man with operating a vessel while intoxicated on Deep Creek Lake Saturday, Aug. 13. NRP stopped Skylar W. Bolden, 21, who was operating a pontoon boat on the lake at approximately 3:45 p.m. Bolden was taken into custody and transported to McHenry where he was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, operating while impaired and negligent operation of a vessel.
