NRP Charge Virginia man with Drug Possession
On Saturday, Aug. 13 at approximately 5:50 p.m. NRP arrested Richard W. Blankenship, 42 of Goochland, Va. for possession of marijuana at the Low Water Bridge in Green Ridge State Forest. Blankenship was observed smoking what was suspected to be marijuana while standing in the middle of 15-mile Creek. Blankenship was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
