NRP Recover Cecil County Drowning Victim’s Body
NRP recovered the body of Michael A. Dooling, 66, of Port Deposit from the Susquehanna River on Friday, Aug. 12 at approximately 1 a.m. Dooling’s body was transported to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Baltimore for an autopsy. The incident is under investigation.
