Public Hearings on Proposed Oyster Regulations

The DNR Fisheries Service will hold three public hearings regarding a proposed oyster regulation which adds 10 additional power dredge zones for the 2005-2006 oyster season to the current list of power dredge zones. Maps of the proposed areas can be found here. The proposal can be viewed in the Maryland Register starting Friday, Aug. 19.
