NRP Recover Body from the Susquehanna Flats
Natural Resources Police recovered the body of 34-year-old Kenneth James Buchheister of Charlestown on Tuesday, Aug. 23, after his body had been spotted by a local boater at 6:45 p.m. The body was found on the Susquehanna Flats between Carpenter’s and Poplar Points. Buchheister had been missing since Sunday from a boat that had run aground near Carpenter’s Point on the North East River.
