Battle of South Mountain Celebrates 143rd Anniversary this Weekend
The Maryland Park Service annual commemoration of the 1862 Battle of South Mountain will be held this weekend at South Mountain State Battlefield and Washington Monument State Park in Boonsboro. The celebration features a speaker series, and living history, artillery and infantry demonstrations on Saturday and Sunday. For a complete schedule, click here.
