York, Pa., Man Found Dead on Boat in Charlestown Marina
Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) responded to the Charlestown Marina IN Cecil County on Saturday, Sept. 10, at 9 a.m., after Louis John Spiegel, 62, of York, Pa., was found unresponsive by friends on his houseboat. NRP officers found no trauma to the body and suspected no foul play. A forensic investigator at the scene and the State Medical Examiners Office in Baltimore determined Spiegel died of a heart attack. Assisting the NRP at the scene were the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office and Cecil County EMS units.
