Governor Ehrlich Opens New Rest Area on NCR Trail
Governor Ehrlich today officially opened the a new beautifully landscaped rest area on the Northern Central Railroad Trail in the Paper Mill Parking Lot, one mile north of the head of trail in Cockeysville. Built with funds raised by the Rotary Club of Hunt Valley, the rest area has five benches and a handicap accessible fountain that also includes a separate water bowl for pets.
