NRP to Hold Hunter Safety Media Day Sept. 22
Natural Resources Police will hold its annual Hunter Safety Media Day at Pintail Point in Queen Anne’s County on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 10 a.m. Participants will have the opportunity to receive shotgun shooting lessons and try their luck at a few clay pigeons. Demonstrations on tree stand safety, a hike along the Safety Trail (to shoot or not to shoot?); firearm safety; and shotgun “wingshooting” education will also be covered.
