For the past five years, DNR’s Environmental Design Program has partnered with the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association (MNCBIA) to recognize outstanding achievements in environmentally responsible development practices. The winner of this year’s Secretary’s Award for Environmental Design is Loiederman Soltesz Associates in Rockville for their two projects: the Silver Spring Redevelopment Area and the Gardens of Traville in Rockville. The award will be presented this evening at a dinner in Greenbelt. For more information, click here.
