DNR Names Wildlife Conservationists of the Year
DNR’s Wildlife and Heritage Service (WHS) recently announced that Kevin Colbeck of Anne Arundel County and the Schrock family of Garrett County both received the Wildlife Conservation Conservationist Of The Year award. The Maryland Wildlife Advisory Commission, established by law to advise DNR’s Secretary on wildlife matters, annually selects recipients from a nominee list assembled during the previous calendar year.
