Governor Ehrlich to Make Conservation Announcement For Historic Washington County Battlefield
Monday, Oct. 24, at 3:15 p.m., at the St. James School in Washington County, Governor Ehrlich will announce conservation funding for two sites within the newly expanded Mid-Maryland/ Washington County Rural Legacy Area near the Antietam National Battlefield. Conservation of the sites also supports the environment and water quality through the protection of open space.
