Maryland Natural Resources Police Charge Delaware Man with Felony Theft
Friday, Oct. 21, NRP charged Stanley Aikinson Clark, 43, of Ocean View, Del., with eight counts of theft over $500 and three counts of theft scheme. Clark allegedly stole three vessels, trailers and a boat motor between 2003 and 2004 from the Ocean City and Berlin areas. The total value of the stolen property was $81,000.
