NRP Charge Friendsville Man and Two Juveniles with Fishing Violation
Oct. 20, NRP charged Wayne Ronald Casteel, 52, and two juveniles with possessing trout over the legal limit in the Youghiogheny River near Friendsville after receiving a complaint from a citizen.
