Hagerstown Man charged with Multiple Hunting Violations
NRP charged Charles A. Spigler, 37, of Hagerstown with multiple hunting violations Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 8, after the Maryland State Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a home improvement store near Interstate 81. The trooper entered the wooded area near the store and heard a gunshot. Spigler was located and issued citations for hunting deer during closed season, hunting without a license, hunting in a safety zone, failure of hunter to wear orange and hunting without written permission. A person found guilty.
