Board of Public Works Approves $237,501 in Program Open Space Money for Garrett County
On Wednesday, Nov. 30, the Board of Public Works approved $237,501 in Program Open Space funds for Garrett County. The funds will be used for further development and improvement to the following parks, playgrounds and public areas: Loch Lynn Athletic Fields, McHenry Park, Accident Town Park, Bradford Elementary School Playground, Casselman Valley Soccer Field, Oakland Train Station, Friendsville Community Park, Grantsville Town Park and Eastern Garrett Park.
