Maryland and Federal Officials to Sign Forest Stewardship MOU
On Friday, Dec.9, DNR Secretary C. Ronald Franks will be joined by representatives of four federal organizations as they sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to form the Baltimore/Washington Forest Stewardship Partnership to improve wildlife habitat, reduce nutrient and sediment inputs, and promote coordinated land management and research at these facilities.
