Shop With A Cop
On Saturday, Dec.10, four uniformed NRP officers accompanied children to the Glen Burnie Wal-Mart as part of the annual “Shop With A Cop” program sponsored by the Fort Smallwood, Severna Park and Annapolis Optimist Clubs. The program, which is coordinated by the Optimist Club, with corporate sponsorship from Wal-Mart and Outback Steak House, provides money to children in need to go holiday shopping for their families. The officers and children were treated to lunch at the Outback Steak House in Glen Burnie after their morning of shopping.
