BPW Approves $265,112 for Shore Erosion Control in Talbot County
On January 3, Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. announced that the Board of Public Works approved $265,112 for Shore Erosion Control work at Black Walnut Point in Talbot County. The work consists of replacing 316 feet of failing timber bulkhead and old stone rip-rap damaged by Tropical Storm Isabel with a new stone revetment. The work is partially funded by FEMA and DNR.
