Former CWRAC Chair Gregory Kappler Receives DNR Certificate of Appreciation
ANNAPOLIS — Gregory Kappler, former Chair of the Coastal and Watershed Resources Advisory Committee (CWRAC), received a DNR Certificate of Appreciation at CWRAC’s February 23 meeting held at the Podickory Point Yacht & Beach Club. Frank W. Dawson III, Acting Assistant Secretary for Chesapeake Bay Programs, presented the award on behalf of Secretary John R. Griffin.
