
Bidding Open For Trapping Privileges On Select Eastern Shore Wildlife Management Areas
Vienna, Md. (September 16, 2009) – The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Wildlife and Heritage Service is currently accepting bids for the 2009-2010 trapping seasons at LeCompte, Linkwood, Taylor’s Island, Fishing Bay, Idylwild, Ellis Bay and Nanticoke River Wildlife Management Areas. Bid packages must be picked up in person at LeCompte Wildlife Management Area (4220 Steeles Neck Road, Vienna, Md. 21869). Bid packages must be returned to Lecompte Wildlife Management Area by 12 noon on October 23, 2009. Sealed bids will be opened at 1 p.m. on October 23, 2009.
