The release of the final regulations for Maryland's Green Building Tax Credit has been slightly delayed. After taking into consideration comments from the first public comment period, the tax credit regulations were amended and re-proposed. The final regulations are scheduled to come out early next year. The proposed regulations will be proposed in an upcoming edition of the Maryland Register. The basic regulations and standards have not changed, just an adjustment to the details.
