Data Forms Data collected from the project is very important to maintain the quality of the project. The information is examined by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources throughout the year. Aquarium data should be recorded at least every 2 weeks. Participants must submit a General Data Form monthly. Forms are submitted on-line, for your convenience. Please be sure to print a copy and keep it for your records. Classrooms conducting experiments must submit a form for each aquarium. Please be sure to list the variables and the description of each aquarium (i.e… sand color, heater, no heater, type of lighting, etc).
