South River Fishing

Location: South River
I caught 1 Spot and a bunch of White Perch in the South River Friday night. I also caught this weird fish which I later found out to be a Spotted Hake. I also caught 3 more Spots on Sunday.

18.5 Inch Flounder at Thomas Point Lighthouse

Location: Thomas Point Lighthouse
We caught this 18.5 inch flounder at Thomas Point on a live mudminnow. The rig was a 10 inch piece of mono and a flounder hook and a 2 ounce weight. We also caught over 30 rockfish livelining at 86.

Red Drums in the South River

Location: Turkey Point Island, South River
Me and my friends caught 4 red drums in the South River on live mudminnows while perch fishing. It is so cool that drum are in the river. It was caught at Turkey Point Island.
