Spanish Mackerel in the Bay

Location: Chesapeake Bay just South of Channel Marker 83

I caught this pair of 21 inch spanish mackerel while trolling using spoons on Sunday morning (8/19/12) on the eastern side of the Chesapeake Bay about one mile south of channel marker 83 in about 30 feet of water. I also caught about 10 striped bass using the same trolling technique but all were undersized.
