Octoraro Creek Flathead Catfish
Type: Tidal
Region: North Eastern
Location: Mouth of Octoraro Creek
This fish was caught on the evening of Friday the 13th at the mouth of Octoraro Creek in Port Deposit a nightcrawler. Not sure what kind of catfish this is, I have caught plenty of catfish but never anything like this. Any idea on what it is?
DNR Response: David, you caught an immature flathead catfish, flatheads are non-natives, please destroy all non-natives once caught and do not transport while they are alive.
