Potomac River Snakehead

This snakehead was caught on Tuesday 8/7/2012 in the Potomac River about 11:30 am. The area was just north of the Marshall Hall Ramp on Brians Road. The fish took a Berkley red power worm. The snakehead was 24 inches long and weighed 7 to 8 pounds. The fish was a female and was full of roe.
