Good To Be Fishing in March

This was the first time I went fishing this year from the shore at Loch Raven Reservoir. I caught 2 Largemouth Bass in the 1-2 lb. range and a 15 inch Chain Pickerel. I was using a Bass Pro suspending jerkbait. It felt good to be catching fish in mid-March! The bass even had some fight in them even though the water is in the 40's.
