Severn River Pickerel

Location: Little Round Bay on the Severn River
My friend Brett Colonna and myself, went canoe fishing on an overcast Sunday, March 17th in the afternoon. We paddled around in Little Round Bay on the Severn River. Brett pulled in two nice pickerel. The attached picture was a pickerel Brett caught on a 2 inch silver spoon. Both pickerel were in 3-4 feet of water. Pretty slow going, but it's nice to see some movement in this part of the bay, this time of year!
