STRIPED BASS RECREATIONAL AND CHARTER BOAT FALL SEASON MODIFICATION

The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources pursuant to Code of Maryland Regulation 08.02.15.12(H) has announced an extension of the Striped Bass Recreational and Charter Boat Fall Season. The recreational and charter boat fall season for taking striped bass in the Chesapeake Bay and its tidal tributaries has been extended through December 31, 2008. All other current regulations remain in effect.
