COMMERCIAL STRIPED BASS FEBRUARY SEASON MODIFICATION

The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources pursuant to Code of Maryland Regulation 08.02.15.12(H) has announced closure of the 2008 striped bass commercial gill net fishery, effective 6:01 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2008. The commercial striped bass gill net fishery will re-open Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 3:00a.m. The Secretary may, by public notice, amend season dates if the quota is projected to be caught.
