The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources pursuant to Code of Maryland Regulation 08.02.15.12(H) has announced a modification to the catch limit for the commercial hook and line striped bass fishery, upon the recommendation of the Tidal Fisheries Advisory Commission. Effective Monday June 16, 2008, the daily catch limit of 400 pounds per day will be rescinded and replaced with a weekly catch limit of 800 pounds per tidal fish licensee. All other current regulations remain in effect.
