The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources pursuant to Code of Maryland Regulation 08.02.15.12(H) has announced today that the commercial striped bass hook and line fishery will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only, between one-hour before sunrise and one-hour before sunset, effective Monday July 14, 2008 through Thursday November 27, 2008.

The weekly catch limit of 800 pounds per individual and all other current regulations remain in effect.
