COMMERCIAL STRIPED BASS HOOK AND LINE HARVEST CLOSURE

The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources pursuant to Code of Maryland Regulation 08.02.15.12(H) announced today the closure of the July, 2009 striped bass commercial hook and line fishery, effective 12:01 a.m. Monday, July 27, 2009. The hook and line quota for July, 2009 is expected to be caught by the date of closure. The August, 2009 commercial hook and line fishery will open on Monday, August 3, 2009.
