Carp Anglers Group 4th Annual D.C. Fish-In
CAG member Phil Saunders,
of Annandale, VA, is holding the 37 pound carp he caught on Sunday at the
Tidal Basin. This is the largest carp that Phil has ever landed.
Phil safely released the carp after this photograph was taken.
