Improper Forest Management
Forest management treatments greatly affect the health and character of the forest. Treatments are selected to help landowners meet their objectives, ensure a variety of short- and long-term benefits, and maintain healthy forests. Poorly implemented and inappropriate treatments usually result in decreased forest health and fewer benefits.
