There is hope. There is a ton of information available to you only a mouse click away... if you know where to look. The intention of this page is to provide DNR employees with links to many self-help resources such as; Online Training, Free Tutorials, How To Pages, References, Knowledge bases, and other helpful tools you can use to get Knowledge-On-Demand. In other words, Self- Help for those of us less than proficient in all the computer software we are supposed to know how to use. Here are some of our favorite resources. Check with your supervisor first. Tutorials.com uses what is called a streaming video option and has a large course library. Basically, it’s more interesting and interactive than some other options.
