Community Parks & Playgrounds Program
Project Criteria
Maryland’s CP&P is designed to enhance the livability of communities by creating, restoring or enhancing parks, playgrounds and other open spaces. Applicants are encouraged to emphasize those projects that offer public benefits enhancing quality of life in existing population centers and demonstrating the use of low impact development techniques, materials and management.
These documents provide the details about the Program and how municipal corporations of the State and Baltimore City may apply for State funding assistance.
