Discover everything Fort Frederick State Park has to offer by starting your visit at the Visitor Center. Helpful and courteous staff provide information about the park and camper registration.

New museum exhibits include artifacts from all time periods of the fort’s history and tell the story of the fort from its construction in 1756 to the creation of one of Maryland’s first state parks. Upon request you can view the 10-minute orientation film, Legacy of Fort Frederick.
