Deer Stamps

​Hunting license holders are required to purchase a Bow Stamp to hunt deer during the Bow Season with either a vertical bow or crossbow.

Resident Bow Stamp- $6.00
Nonresident Bow Stamp- $25.00

Hunting license holders are required to purchase a Muzzleloader Stamp to hunt deer during the Muzzleloader Season.  Those who hunt with a bow during the Muzzleloader Season must purchase a Muzzleloader Stamp but do not need a Bow Stamp.

Resident Muzzleloader Stamp- $6.00
Nonresident Muzzleloader Stamp- $25.00

Hunting license holders may purchase a Bonus Antlered Deer Stamp to take one additional antlered white-tailed deer in Region B only during one season of their choice (Bow, Muzzleloader, or Firearms).

Resident Bonus Antlered Deer Stamp- $10.00
Nonresident Bonus Antlered Deer Stamp- $25.00

  • Only one bonus antlered deer may be taken each year.
  • Bonus Antlered Deer Stamps must be purchased prior to pursuing a bonus antlered deer.
  • Hunters must take two antlerless deer in any combination of seasons in Region B before a second antlered deer can be taken with a Bonus Stamp. 
  • A Bonus Antlered Deer Stamp that is not used during one season may be used in a subsequent season during that license year.
  • Persons exempt from needing a hunting license do not need to purchase a Bonus Antlered Deer Stamp but must harvest two antlerless deer in Region B with any weapon prior to taking a bonus antlered deer.

Hunters with a Senior Lifetime Consolidated License do not need to purchase Bow or Muzzleloader Stamps but must purchase Bonus Antlered Deer Stamps to take a bonus antlered deer.

Hunters entitled to hunt without a license do not need to purchase Bow, Muzzleloader, or Bonus Antlered Deer Stamps while hunting under the requirements that allow hunting without a license.

All deer hunters must have and use a Maryland Big Game Harvest Record (issued with a hunting license or available free at DNR Licensing and Registration Offices, a Maryland Sport License Agent, or available online at www.dnr.maryland.gov/service).
